VIP Donator Benefits
General:
- All items are free in /store.*
- VIP on all DEFY servers.
- Access to player models (/store).
- Store point multiplier (2X).
- Reserved slot.
- /dm - Send a direct message to another player. Anyone can reply to a dm with /r.
- /vm - VIP only chat.
- Custom tags.**
- Custom connect message.**
Jailbreak:
- Laser & paint color change.
- Guard queue priority.
- Warden/deputy bullet impact sparks.
- !refuse & !repeat will play a sound.
- Extra heal, repeat, and refuse.
- Greater chance of escaping cuffs.
- Immunity from warden mutes.
TTT:
- !locker - Access a VIP only gun menu. (4 uses per round)
Discord/Forum:
- !color - Ability to set a role color. (Boosting with nitro gives access to this command too.)
- VIP role for the duration you purchased. (Access to #VIP text channel and VIP Lounge voice channel.)
- VIP forum area. (Get the latest news and updates before everyone else.)

Yes, you will get VIP on all DEFY servers for the duration you choose when purchasing.
How long will it take to get VIP?
Less than 24 hours, currently we have to manually process donations. We plan to automate this in the future.
How can I find my steamid64?
You can get it by clicking here. Enter a steam profile url or other id.
Do you accept CSGO skins for VIP?
Yes, however skins will cost double the price due to the extra processing/fluctuation in price they may have. For example 1 month of VIP = 12$ USD skin. Do not send a ton of cheap skins, max 3 skins.

Do you accept store points for VIP?
Yes, you can buy VIP with !points. 1 Month VIP = 8000 points. Only Mark (https://steamcommunity.com/id/DEFYMark/) is authorized to issue VIP for points. Do not fall for any impersonator, trading another member is done at your own risk. Anyone caught scamming may be banned. Evidence is required.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, if you made a mistake contact us within 48 hours to sort it out. Otherwise all sales are final, any attempt to charge-back may result in a permanent community wide ban. Getting VIP does not exempt you from the server rules therefore getting banned with an active VIP subscription is your loss. Submit a support request if you have any issues.
